Brenda Kwateng

Brenda  has over 20 years of experience in  project / program management, leadership development/coaching and software transformations She has utilized a number of different development  methodologies including waterfall, Earned Value and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scrum managing healthcare programs, IT applications, and telecommunications projects. She has served a number of State agencies and private industry partners; State of Maryland: Dept. of Information Technology and Dept. of Human Services, Federal Employee Operations Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, CareFirst, University of Maryland Medical System, Baltimore Gas and Electric and American Electric Power. Brenda ability to engage and create  a positive environment has allowed her to develop  win-win solutions that meet her clients needs and strive to beat their expectations.

Brenda has a Bachelor of Art degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Certificate in Information Technology from DeVry Technical Institute projects. She is a certified SAFe Agilest and Project Management Institute (PMI), Agile Practicioner and Certificate Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is currently serving as the Founder of Ingenuity Consulting Solutions Corp and engage in a healthcare transformation effort. Her passion for teaching is two-fold: helping others become better at what they do and giving them confidence as they are transitioned into a new way of thinking and doing their work.

Eve Barber

Eve has nearly 20 years of experience in technical management, leadership and coaching for complex technical systems and enterprise processes. She has utilized a number of different development methodologies, including waterfall, Earned Value and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) managing aerospace programs, IT applications, IT infrastructure and enterprise IT strategic planning. She has served many Federal Government agencies including Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DoJ), NASA and US Agency of International Development (USAID). Eve uses a human-centric approach in dealing with the challenges in her professional life and believes in being adaptive is the way of survival in this ever-changing world.

Eve has a Bachelor and a Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). Eve currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy in IT Veterans (ITV) who provides cutting-edge cybersecurity infrastructure and services to the Federal Government. Outside of her work, she volunteers in her sons’ activities and teaches Zumba to stay active!
