Nidal has more than 15 years experience in project management, especially in the areas of Scaled Agile Framework, scrum and other agile practices. He has worked in multiple industries: information technology, oil and gas, industrial planning and telecommunications. This has given him phenomenal insight in enterprise professional processes, enterprise related challenges and best solutions to overcome these challenges. His work with Etisalat, Rakez, and Idemia has been a providing ground to allow him to build confidence and prove the practices that he teaches. Nidal has a Master of Computer Science degree – IT Management and Bachelor of Science degree – Computer Science. Nidal has multiple SAFe certifications, such as SPC 6 &5, SM 6 &5, Agilist 6 &5 and POPM 6&5. Additionally, Nidal is also certified as a PMP, ITIL and TOGAF.
His training style is depending on real-life examples, simplifying difficult topics to easy and simple topics and building trust relationships with students.
Eve Barber
Eve has nearly 20 years of experience in technical management, leadership and coaching for complex technical systems and enterprise processes. She has utilized a number of different development methodologies, including waterfall, Earned Value and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) managing aerospace programs, IT applications, IT infrastructure and enterprise IT strategic planning. She has served many Federal Government agencies including Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DoJ), NASA and US Agency of International Development (USAID). Eve uses a human-centric approach in dealing with the challenges in her professional life and believes in being adaptive is the way of survival in this ever-changing world.
Eve has a Bachelor and a Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). Eve currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy in IT Veterans (ITV) who provides cutting-edge cybersecurity infrastructure and services to the Federal Government. Outside of her work, she volunteers in her sons’ activities and teaches Zumba to stay active!
